Overview

This online store is operated under the Timecard brand by AO&O LTD LIABILITY CO. Throughout these terms, “Timecard”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store operator. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from the store and checkout.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store's security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, or use store content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

Product information

We aim to describe products, variants, colours, sizing information and artwork accurately. Screen settings, production methods and materials can cause reasonable visual differences between a digital image and a physical item. Product-specific descriptions and size information form part of the purchase information and should be reviewed before checkout.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, the product cannot be fulfilled, or the order would violate law or these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices, shipping charges and available payment methods are displayed through the store and checkout. Taxes and charges are calculated or displayed as required for the order. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting or fulfilling an order and will give the customer an appropriate cancellation and refund option where required.

Made-to-order production and cancellations

Products can enter production shortly after checkout. Changes or cancellations are possible only before production begins. Contacting us does not guarantee that a submitted order can be stopped.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Intellectual property

The Timecard name, store design, original store copy, graphics and other content owned by or licensed to the store operator may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-party services

The store relies on third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers and production partners. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible to customers to the extent required by applicable law.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase was made. Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the store, services or law. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Size pricing and email member offers

Some sizes or other product options have different prices. Product listings show the lowest regular price among the available options. Selecting your options on the product page displays the price for that selection before it is added to your bag. Larger sizes may cost more because of higher production costs.

Eligible email members can receive the first-order offer displayed by the store. Product savings vary. The first-order product offer is limited to one use per customer, is not a continuing discount on later orders and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. Qualifying email members can continue to receive the shipping benefit described in our Shipping Policy.

Email marketing is optional for shopping. Membership benefits require a verified customer account and an active email opt-in. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or manage your email preferences in your account. Transactional order messages are separate. See our membership and pricing FAQ for details.
